Advantages of our system
Low cost per treatment
Our machine will treat patients at 1/10th of the current cost per treatment of Proton Therapy. That means it will cost the same as current conventional X-ray treatments (IMRT).
Fast to install, Easy to maintain
Thanks to our modular design, time from placing an order to full operation will be less than 18 months, including building construction. Maintenance will be quick and effortless: more uptime for the healthcare provider, safer treatment for the patient.
Environmentally friendly
Our machine has almost negligible prompt and induced radiation, avoiding the requirement for large amounts of concrete shielding and more importantly avoiding issues of decommissioning and disposal of radioactive waste at the end of its lifetime (20-30 years).
Smaller footprint
Our machine is very long but very thin. With a floorspace of less than 600m2, it is much smaller than most existing Proton Therapy facilities. Although not suitable for all hospitals, it is easy to locate in most hospital sites, as its long thin nature can typically fit along a back fence or in an old carpark. We do not require complex building works, just a flat(ish) piece of land.
